That is bad news for the Peacocks! I hope they fare better than I’m imagining! 
I had one in my home aquarium (bought it at a local pet store) that I had grown up from about 1.5" to 13"…and then it died when my tank heater failed. Water temp only dropped to room temperature, which was probably around 70 (+/- 3 degrees).
exactly what I am afraid of…the auqafir temp is all we can hope for in the deeper parts of the canal systems…I will be checking out the Everglades as it warms up as well…they say today the warming begins…should hit 60 by this afternoon…thats a start but in reality thats really cold for this place at this time but lots better than upper 20’s
