Monday afternoons are great; not another soul anywhere to be found all day. Fished about half a mile in Swallow Falls park, which still took all afternoon. The water was a little high, so rock-hopping was limited.

All the smaller creeks flowing into it are at full capacity, but nothing in them.

Did catch one bow on an olive wooly bugger in a very deep portion of the river.

Panfisha - if you are up for some company, drop me a line the next time you plan on hitting the Yough. I grew up about 20 minutes away from Confluence (near 7 Springs) and guided (whitewater) for a short period in Ohiopyle. If you haven’t already, biking/fishing the “rails to trails” between Confluence and Ohiopile is quite a blast.
Take care,
Chris
Very pretty water! Thanks for letting us see it S
