mash barb, start thread at 2/3 mark, wrap to bend
strip some partridge fibers, measure (gap width past bend, tie in/trim
tie in wire; wrap to 2/3 mark, helicopter end, cover with thread
tie in some pheasant tail fibers
strip off some more partridge, measure (hook eye to point), tie in with tips facing forward
