What's Cookin — FAOL Archive

Here is a tarter sauce recipe I obtained years
ago…I’m not much on tartar sauce, but this
stuff’s great!

1 SMALL CUP OF SOUR CREAM
EQUAL AMOUNT OF MAYO

1 T. OF DIJON MUSTARD
1 t. DRY MUSTARD
DRIED DILL WEED TO TASTE — C. OF RED, YELLOW AND GREEN ONIONS (COMBINATION)
SPLASH OF DILL PICKLE JUICE
SWEET RELISH TO TASTE
GARLIC SALT TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE
SPLASH OF LEA/PERRINS WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
PINCH OR TWO OF CAJUN SEASONING
SMALL AMOUNT OF MINCED CELERY OR CELERY SEED

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND REFRIGERATE
