Very nice! I love the color and reel seat choice! Although, I may be a little bit biased. here is the rod I built in 1996 on a 7’ 3wt firecane blank.

Mine’s been beat up and not built nearly as nice as yours. This is the 1st and only rod I’ve built. I absolutely love the firecane rods. Mine is now missing the 1st guide on the top section, and I’ve been debating building another one in 4wt for more versatility. Now you have me thinking. LOL!
I put a Cortland Sylk line on it last spring…a perfect match!
