Wanted rod wrapper parts (blank support wheels)

I want to build a power wrapper. Does anyone know where I can buy or scrounge wheels for the rod supports?

Use an appropriately sized o-ring for the tire.

any hardware store should have them, look at the wheels for window blinds, screen doors etc.
