Found this at Bellinger. The first one is all aluminum and black. I like it. YMMV

What about something like a Struble D1 hardware set and turn an aluminum insert for it? You might be able to make a serviceable insert from a couple of pieces of tubing that nest if you can find the right sizes. There is still the issue of black, however.
