Was messing around with the Boa Yarn Leach and found this website

Was really easy, just tie the Boa Yarn Leach with grizley marabou tail, trim and color
It IS easy! I have some of that Body Fur, which is thicker/stiffer material than boa yarn. My 10-year old son liked the shad I tied up with it so much, he asked if he could tie his first fly. We sat down, I coached him, and he turned out a really nice shad too.
Being stiffer, I think it holds the shape you trim it to better in the water than boa yarn would. But boa yarn has much better movement in the water, and is probably a better choice for smaller patterns.
Nice job, pillcaster!
Nice fly pillcaster, looks like it will catch fish!!
Now what if you did an articulated tail?
Nice looking fly! I need to fine some of that material. Looks like it is EZ like you said!
