Two thumbs up for Simms!

Just a few minutes ago I sent this email to Simms, I think it is self-explanatory.

"The waders arrived at the Post Office in Toronto on Thurs. and I picked
them up today. I can see from the pen script on the label that they were
custom made to match the ones I returned to you on warrantee. Simms is to
be commended for excellent service and communication throughout.

I also thank you for the copy of Wading Safety, which will be appreciated in
presentations I make to the fishing clubs to which I belong, as well as
being a welcome addition to my video library.

Only 4 weeks from when I sent them to you I have new ones! Thanks again."

Personally, I have also had good service from Simms, though my needs have been limited. The most pressing matter was to deal with a seem on an old style guide jacket where the hood is attached to the jacket. The inspected the entire jacket and fixed any others they deemed needed it, they communicated well with me, and turned it around quickly.

No company will ever be perfect, but I believe Simms will generally fit into the good to excellent category. I own a number of product made by Simms and will buy from them again.
