that’s why it’s called a treasure hunt you have to find the treasure hidden in the sponsors advertising. took a couple of minutes but it is there.

You CAN email them, but you do have to tell them you are a NEW customer.

Gee, I wish I could say that I’m a new customer, but I’ve been shopping in their store for 5 years. Great selection of product, especially tying material.

OK, a simple one word search on the sponsor page finds them. However, there are two forms on their web site. One is an email form, not specifically for requesting a catalog but it has a place for a comment so you can note “New Customer.” The other is a catalog request form that collects all the information for sending a catalog, but no place to note “New Customer.” Is this a second challange? Maybe I’ll just call.

Do we put “(new customer)” next to our name and fill out the catalog request form or send them a regular email with all that information in it?
