Went to flat slow water above the hole.
9th fish in 35 minutes…superstition and all…had to quit fishing.
4th outing of the year
First since complete left knee replacement.

If you are looking to catch a big trout in the last week of Wisconsin’s small stream season, don’t go to the areas marked with designated trout stream signs. They are the over populated areas that are fished to death. Downstream is the key for big trout. The less populated water where the trout have food to grow and to become meat eaters are the keys to catching Mr. Big!!!
