Nice Flies

Nice. I really like the fuzzy bodies. Those should trap air bubbles nicely, which Hidy and Leisenring thought was very important to the success of their flymphs.

Dont know howcome but I like the first fly the best out of the 3… Ive tied those on straight shank hooks but never thought about tyin one on a curved hook… Good idear…

Great looking flies , I love the Green Goblin. I’ll have to give that one a try.

Great looking flies. I tie something like the green goblin with a few short strands of krystal flash on the top. It makes a deadly fly deadlier. I like to fish wets also. Do you have a sequence of flies that you put on the leader. That goblin is a good top fly & I’ll tie up some of the others with a little weight for droppers.

Very nice flies! Gave me some great inspiration this evening when I sat down at my bench.

Thought I’d post another on a curved shank hook. Why not use hooks that give these flies a slightly different profile. Hope it spawns some good ideas!
