WHILE AT THE CATSKILL FLY TYERS GUILD CONCLAVE ON sATURDAY i SAW SEVERAL PEOPLE USING A MAGNETIC BOARD CALLED A " TACK=IT" USED FOR HOLDING FLIES WHILE THEY DRY . DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I COULD FIND ONE ???
I got mine at my local Orvis dealer, though I don’t think it’s an Orvis exclusive product. It’s in their tying catalog.
I use something similar. I bought a 1/2 inch wide roll of magnetic tape with a pre-glued side. Cut off what you want, take off the protective strip, and put it anywhere you’d like. Available at hobby stores.
If it is to be, it’s up to me

“Tach-it”
If you have any realestate salespeople in your area , they frequently have magnetic calenders that you put on your refrigerator. If you remove the plastic coating on the frig magnet, you have an inexpensive/free “tach-it”.
If any adhesive remains, you can remove it with “goo-gone”, found in most craft stores.
