…to start a stream side tying kit perhaps? And on sale for $19.99.
I have the tools I need. However I need a zip up type case like that. A tying friend of mine has one like that,it was made for bead containers. It has the little stretchy type holders. I want one of them badly. Sure would be nice to put my tools in that when I go to a tying event, or my local friend’s house for a tying session.
Buy the kit, keep the case and send the tools to your ‘Secret Santa’ person.
Cheers,

I’ve been keeping my spare stuff in a small tackle box
you can put a lot of tools in a simple eye glass case from you local pharmacy or dollar store

yes an eye glass case would work, but I don’t like my tools scratching up against each other
ok whatever pulls your little red wagon. just making a simple suggestion
somebody else might like the idea
Understand where you’re coming from kelkay.
I don’t like my fly fishing tying tools or fishing rods and reels all scratched up either.
Maybe if you buy a highly collectible little red wagon to transport them in this won’t happen?
Just saying.

Kelkay,
Try this.
Plus you get a few tools for the junk drawer.

I am unclear about the little red wagon. Yes, Kirk, that would work. I already have screwdrivers and stuff. A friend told me about these zippered cases that she got at a bead shop somewhere in the Dallas area. If I cannot get one of them, I may just have to resort to buying a tool case, and giving the tools away, or keeping them in my vehicle. Thanks for the link.
Um, If you’re going to spend the same $20, why not just get the tying kit and have a second set of tying tools instead of buying cheap screwdrivers and such.
Good point. I have too many irons in the fire, I should of thought about that…rotfl. I really just want the case though. I guess two sets of tying tools would be alright, one for the road.
