Weather Underground nailed it. Winds at 0mph with 3mph gusts. It’s April. The snook will be showing up off the beach any day now. Any day now!

I’ve kept a record of the fist day we’ve seen fish, starting in '09. Earliest was the 11th, but that year I saw a report on a local kayak guide’s blog that he’d caught a few earlier that week!
