Anybody had any experience with the new product from Hook&Hackle? It’s called Solarez, a UV setting material that is cheaper than a lot of others I’ve seen on the market. The epoxies are $2.95 a tube and the light is $12.95. Here’s a link to a short tutorial on it.

I had seen some discussion of Solarez on Kiene’s Fly Shop board a while back. It seems their original market was in surf board epoxies. Sounds like a good deal from H&H if they package in the smaller quantities.

I use and sell it also, I get the larger bottle since i tie so much. great stuff.

Darn wish I would have seen this earlier, I ordered directly from Solarez almost 3 weeks ago and still haven’t received the order.
