Never have won a lottery ticket to fish the Smith; if this goes thru, probably wouldn’t have any problem getting one, although there wouldn’t be much reason to. Just kidding; mining companies in Montana have had great success in the past protecting watersheds - see Zortman/Landusky, Silverbow Creek, etc.
