Please count me in as well. I will be tying a pattern called the eyelash leech. I designed it a couple of years ago and since that time I have found that it works well for SM, LM and bigger rainbows and browns.

I’d like to play in this one. Not a smallie fisherman, a bit far south for that but mainly a largemouth fisherman. I’ll tie a flashy Clouser that I had some good luck with if that’s ok.

I’ve had an itch to try bass fishing with a fly rod. This might be exactly what it takes to really go for it. Put me down to tie a Pearl Marauder in a size 6.

This swap is going to make me very happy in the dog days of summer as I go after smallies here in the Finger Lakes. I love it that I don’t have to sulk when it gets too hot to fish trout in the streams.

Seeking consensus. Typically I tie the Gill Buster in black. I can tie with about any color of zonker I have. What would people here prefer? Black works well for it imitates a leech, I’d guess. JGW

I have no idea ive seen them in white tail/black body and of course all black but i have never fished a gill buster. Also i would think that craw brown may work but i havnt seen it like that b4.
