Hi Rick,

I looked up the boa yarn bugger, by Warren, mentioned above, and it looked great. Have you thought about using the eyelash yarn for palmering a bugger? If so have you tied any, and what do you think?

If I recall correctly in one of your first reports on the boa yarn leach, you mentioned that you had used it for palmering buggers, or you were going to or something similar?

Does the eye lash yarn have good movement?

I have used the boa yarn on buggers. I like the way it works. THe fun fur has some good movment also.

I like tying the boa leech on a #10 streamer hook.

I also like them with a glass bead or pair of beaded chain for eyes.

One brand of yarn I use to palmer on buggers is “feathers”. It is a piece of eyelash yarn twisted around a piece of chinelle. I got it at a $ store so the mfg. may have closed it out.
