Here’s ours.
Even while I’m sittin’ here, 3 laptops whirling, tryin’ to grind out my part of the '09 budget, … leave it to FAOL to have me splitting a gut!
Thanks JC
Hey, no one has a punkin out yet?
We’ve got a number of pumpkin’s on our porch, but we haven’t gotten around to carving them yet. We probably better do that this week!
This was my Thanks giving pumpkin from last month. must be a relative of yours.
No jack-o-lantern for this year yet. I think I have some pics of last year’s. I will look tonight when I get home and post.
We don’t carve ours until Halloween. Right now they are on the porch in an arrangement of mums.
Ain’t got mine yet but will very soon!
Anyone for a little punkin chuckin? Turn on your audio and enjoy:

Jack-O-Lantern,
Jack-O-Lantern,
Shining Face with Big Round Eyes!
Aren’t you glad you’re in the window,
'Stead of being pumpkin pies?
we’ll carve the 2008 version next week, so stay tuned.
Some of mine from the last few years.
Some more
And more. This year’s have not been carved yet.
Really neat. Thanks so much, keep 'em coming folks.
It truly is a shame. My daughter is at the age that this will be her last Halloween as a kid. She
already said this was her last year dressing up. Quote Anna:
“Only little kids dress up for Halloween Dad, next year I will be a
teenager and I for sure won’t need a costume or carve a Jack-o-lantern.”
It makes me sad.
They grow up much too quickly.
Her mother’s daughter.
Sirrom,
You have punkin carving down to an art form. very nice.
Spinner, Ain’t it the truth. The years seem to fly by when they’re little and everything in the world is new. I still see my daughter, now almost 27, as she looked when she was 5. I probably always will.
Hopefully you will have grand children to take their place someday. We love our 2 grand kids. It is like having the kids all over again but without the responsibilities. When your done carving pumpkins with them you give them back to their parents for cleaning and refurbishing. Next, TRICK or TREAT with the grand kids. After wiring them up on sugar, yep you guessed it, give them back to the parents. I love it.
I will have pics soon of the grand kids carving pumpkins.
the thought of grand children put a tear in my eye.
I am in no hurry for her to grow up.
She is Daddy’s princess.
