Was looking at some online fly shops and saw the flight and vantage being discontinued so I went to sages site and sure enough two new rods and of course with a significant price increase.Now if they can convience everyone that this model is better than last years for MORE money…

Sage, Redington and Rio are held by the same parent company and they are all making substantial changes in their line ups this year.
I’m not in the market for anything right now, but those Sonic waders that Redington has out might get a serious look, for future reference.

They don’t have to convince everyone, just enough to make a profit. Based on the buying habits I saw in people in the time spent in various shops in MT recently, I don’t think they’ll have a problem selling them; probably not the new $1200 sticks either.
