I’m looking for a 5-wt rod for $200 or less. I’ve checked out the Echo, a couple TFO’s, the Sage Launch, and the Scott V2. I liked the Sage Launch and the Scott V2 about the best. I’m leaning toward the Scott because it’s made entirely in the US. Does anybody have any experience with this rod?

ALL Sage rods are made on Bainbridge Island, WA. USA.

I was told that the Sage Launch and FLi series blanks are made in China, but wrapped in the US. This could have been misinformation though.
