measure (gap width past tie-in) a clump of GP fibers; tie in/trim
moisten biot; tie in notch-side down for ribbed effect
wrap to 2/3 mark; tie off/trim
measure (halfway point of tail) some peacock sword finers; tie in/trim
create thread loop
clean, stack, measure (hook length) a clump of deer hair; insert in clip, trim butts
