production

crunch time for me is here…I have been in talks with production company and today signed papers to begin immediate filming for TV pilot…with luck it will sell to network which would be life altering…humbling and retching at the same time…praying for good weather until Jan…wish me luck…

That would be very cool, best of luck to you. Don’t forget about us when you become rich and famous.

Wonderful opportunity. We’ll be pulling for you S

I’m glad I still have your Rookie trading card!!

Wow, great opportunity, VERY exciting! I really hope this works out well for you!

Can I play your “Lucky Client” in the movie? :stuck_out_tongue:

So cool ! I hope it works out, it would be cool to see some one from here on TV .

Best of luck. Looking forward to seeing your show!

Cordell,

That looks awesome! I truly wish you all the luck in the world. A friend of mine and I toyed with the idea of a hunting show and had a ball with the videography. We spent a lot more time in the woods than we normally would have during hunting season, but life got in the way and it never went any further than that. It was a ball!

I think you’re about to have the time of your life. It would be something else to see you succeed, which you will. Now, not only will we be able to see some of your awesome pictures, but we’ll be able to watch you and your guests in action!

Good luck!

TT.

Awesome Cordell!

Know you’ll fish hard and keeping my fingers crossed for nice weather and cooperative fish.

thanks everybody…I am trying not to think about it but must confess it is becoming all I can think about…there is a chance it can fail for TV and never see air time…in any case I still will have the episodes…all 1hr format and if it goes to plan and sells it will be 20 episodes per yr…I will be working on much more than the filming though…there is aggressive marketing campaign and other things I cant say at this time…if I fail so be it but rest assured I will go down fighting, well actually casting:D

You mean…there might be “Bonefish Whisperer” ACTION FIGURES??

You’ll need a catch phrase…something you always say?

LOL…good one Dave…rest assured I have many catch phrases because thats the way I talk anyway…still laughing at your post:lol:

I’d buy the action figures, I got two boys. Every now and then we’d like to see a “bloopers” episode.
Still crossing fingers here for you.

Capt Tom Rowland and Conway Bowman are 1st choice potental guest and both have said OK if scheduling allows…1 step at a time…baby steps

Whoa! Conway Bowman, Mr. Fish? That would be really cool, him and Mishfish are amazing (I should state thou, I don’t know them personally just via post and I’m sure they won’t even remember who I am lol).

I have never met Conway but we do email…he says he’s coming here 1st when he ever hits Miami but that is aside from if he comes to fish for filming purpose…I have watched him on TV several times and have a friend that uses his charter service for mako sharks in Cali…he is always friendly to me as well…I promised him I wouldnt say a word until after he left;)

They can fly cast standing on a surfing board…that’s what I call sea legs.

he’s gonna need to be that way…thats what it takes

Cordell,
How’s the pilot progressing? No clue how your weather, tide or fishing has been, but curious how the project is going and how you’re holding up.
Take care,
Chris

its still lots of paperwork and permits etc…expecting news any day …weather has been record heat wave but thats all leaving this weekend as cold front arrives…been seeing a few bones but nobody has connected…also I have many bookings to dodge starting about next week…I have managed to not think much on it…I have done all I can and am playing on house $$$…if it is meant to be then this will be the time to make it so but if this doesnt sell I can rest knowing I gave everything…thank you for your concern

Hang in there BFW, we’re crossing our fingers for you.
