My family and I came down here to Madrid, Spain for a short trip, Unfortunately I was robbed at a gun point. All cash, credit card and cell phones were stolen from us. Well I’m glad we are still alive and that’s what’s important.
I’ve been to the Embassy and the Police here but they’re not helping issues at all and our flight leaves soon but we are having problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel management won’t let me leave until we settle the bills. I need your assistance. I’m wondering if you could help us with a quick loan, I promise I’ll refund it once we get back home.
Am freaked out at the moment and I really need your help.

That is quite a coincidence, a very similar thing happened to one of my friends a little while back only it was Thailand I believe. I wonder if he ever got back home.
Funny thing…the same thing happened to me, I wish I could send my the fellow some money but I have just sent that money order to Nigeria to help that poor Prince recover his fortune.
When I get the money he has promised, I will send some to help the poor traveler in France.
Sounds like a good retirement plan to me. If the hotel won’t let him leave until he pays the bill, why not just stay forever? Beats working for a living.
