I was flying Spirit Air yesterday and noticed a picture on their seat back taken looking down a rod over the bow of a flats boat and looking out over a nice expanse of keys or bahama flats. The rod was like a spinning rod (round ceramic guides) and a large fly reel looking device under the rod in open face spinning reel position . The reel was left hand wind and looked like a very big wide fly reel. Any body know what I was looking at? Maybe that is common flats stuff that I am just not used to seeing.
