Partridge with wild rice

1 pk. Brown & wild rice mix, with mushrooms¼ c. Flour2 Partridge, split2 T. Oil1 c. Milk¼ t. Pepper
Salt (to taste)

Prepare rice according to package directions. Shake the split birds to coat in a bag containing the flour. Cook the birds in a skillet containing the oil until browned. Remove the birds and add milk, salt and pepper until heated well.

Now place the rice mixture and the heated milk mixture to a baking dish … top with the game birds. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees or until the birds are tender.

Partridge can be substituted with quail or dove.
