Another Icelandic take on the Bugger; added the rabbit up front for a bit more action. Weight as desired; left this one light to throw at frustrated stillwater spawners in the shallows.

mash barb, start thread; tie in eyes
measure (shank length) some marabou; tie in/trim
tie in flash on either side of tail; fold, wrap to tail
tie in chenille; take 2 wraps, tie off/trim
tie in rib & chenille; wrap chenille forward, tie off/trim
