Maybe paranoid, but I don’t like programs that add things when I click on the link. Interesting topic and it is probably an innocent link, but I am a 'better safe than sorry kind of guy"

update your adobe flash player then try the link
I,also, recieved the email for this online mag. and when clicking on it, only needed to “update” my Adobe 7.0 to Adobe 8.0, for it to work perfectly.
