Such a great fly you developed, Rick! For years, it was my go-to fly! The purple made a decent fly for fishing for carp under ripe mulberry trees. The light gray… caught my biggest grass carp ever… a 41.5", estimated 35lb fish! Yellow used to be my favorite color, and caught plenty of fish, from grass carp to channel cats, bluegills, crappies, largemouth bass, etc. This fly has a very seductive movement in the water, and a slow sink rate.
