We were fishing from a boat on Little Virginia…I like the elevation to spot cruising fish. Overall, the fishing was really tough on this trip. We spent a whole afternoon on the far side of Trumbull, where the scree and talus are, and only took two fish…I threw everything in my boxes at 'em. Jim Reid at Ken’s told me that the stocking counts are way down - due to $$$ being diverted from the dept. to the CA general fund…
