Larva Lace Swap

Five more days to sign up, folks.

Beginners… there are some really easy patterns you can tie with larva lace and beginners are definitely welcome in this swap.

Diane,

I’ll get in too, if I can.

LACE 'EM UP

Adam

Hey Adam,

Welcome to the swap!

ok the lure has caught me… put me in for some sort of caddis creation.

Gotcha, Blaino.

One more spot left.

Hi Diane,

I’d like to get in on this. Joe Soma recently gave me a lesson on some nice Stonefly nymphs tied with Lava Lace and I need the practice.

So, put me down for a ‘Golden Stonefly Nymph’.

Jack - I hope the stone you’re tying is a different color. If not, then let me know and I’ll switch to something else.

Allan

Welcome to the swap, Allan!

Swap’s full, folks.

Flys are on their way. I sent them out this morning.

Thanks for hosting this swap Diane.

Flies are complete. I did not see an address? Cliff

DUB, got your flies in today. Excellent tiny little suckers! I didn’t know ribbing came that small. That Plano box makes a great swap container, too. And thanks for the extras. They’re perfect for cold weather fishing around here.

Diane

Mailed the flies am today 1/24/06.

The “Translucent Midges” are in the capable hands of the USPS.
Chuck

My flies are done… will send this week, or as soon as your feathers get here Diane…my mom is sending them over to me with the camera I ordered.

Received Sirrom’s Translucent Midges today. They look absolutely edible.

Received tyeflies’ golden stoneflies today. They’re incredible. Man, Allan, I love how you tie flies. And don’t get jealous folks, but he made one for me with a feather inlay in the body. It’s seriously cool.

Blaino… got your czech caddis inventions. They look great. And thanks for those feathers. I’ll send you the fur I mentioned when I send out the flies next month. Trading is so cool!

Diane;
Fly’s are done and will go tomorrow.

I’m going to be mostly away from the computer from Monday - Friday next week but if you should mail your flies, don’t worry. Someone will be here to receive them and get them in from the cold.

Looking forward to seeing what the rest of you have tied!

Diane

Flys were put in the mail on friday. Thanks for having me in your swap.
