Found this on a Swedish site; original called for seal fur but I subbed (chopped craft yarn would work, as well). The Mirage Flash made for a glowing core; change color/size to suit your needs.

thread - Danville 6/0 rusty brown
core - Mirage Flash opal
abdomen - Angora Goat amber
thorax - Angora Goat mahogany brown
hackle - partridge
mash barb, start thread at 60% mark; tie in tinsel loop, wrap to bend
insert dubbing into loop; spin, wrap to 60% mark, tease out fibers with velcro stick
repeat for thorax
tie in partridge by tip
wrap partridge, tie off/trim, whip finish, SHHAN
