where are the rest of you going this year?
As for me I’ll spend my summer at Happy Hearts in Yosemite
tending to the mayflowers.
Excellent photos Len!
Take care!

I am hopefully going to Rarotonga for 11 days in September. My wife wanted to get me a high end fly rod for our 20th anniversary but I think we need a good vacation more than I need a new rod so the dollars are going on the vacation instead.
I may however take a multi piece spin rod to have a go around the lagoon and a waterproof camera if I can find a cheep one in duty free!
All the best.
Mike.
I built a patio & patio cover…Stayin’ home & fishin the local waters for vacation :)…ModocDan
The wife and I are planning a trip to Mt Rushmore. However, our grandson is going to be born on or about August 12 so…???
I am still going to try to get to Idaho either for fishing around some of John Scott’s water or the Lowell, ID fish-in in September. Jim
On the 25th of July, this moist eyed ol’ man will be walking “the longest mile” & giving his Baby Maggie to a fine young man, Ryan Jadwin.
Vacation for us will have to wait a year.
Mike
I was supposed to be on vacation next Monday for two weeks but I cancelled it and submitted retirement papers instead. July 31 I will be on permanent vacation.
Gary
good for you! i hope you have lots of fun.
2 weddings this summer and flyfishing vacation to Montana and Cody Wyoming, July 8-20th.
jacksonville, fl for redfish on may 31st…get back on june 4th…leave that night for canada for a fly in fishing trip!!! I can’t wait!
We’re headed to Nova Scotia by way of Vermont.
Trailering our motorcycles to my Dads in Vt. and then riding the bikes into Canada.
I figure on hitting a few old spots that I went to for trout as a kid in Vt.
Then up in Canada we figure to cycle tour and do a bit of fishing. Chris Chin was good enough to put me in contact with a gent up that way to get me pointed .
I have got to move out and get hold of him in the next few days.
No I wont fish the battenkill when Im in VT. Been there and done that . No big deal.
Not sure that you can even get to the good spots any more . Heard that a lot of it is all privately locked away thanks to a rather popular clothing vender(sneering growl) based in Vt.

p.s want a shot at deckers this summer if all goes well, pray for overtime.

pps. Modocdan , Been up to your neck of the woods a few years back. Why on earth would you want to go some where else . Your already at the vacation spot of my dreams.
I’m staying home and playing in my backyard, which is the Intermountain West stretching from Western Wyoming to SW Alberta.
I know, I know -tough duty, but somebody has to do it.
