hey Tom - wow, ANOTHER avid fly fisher with young kids? I thought that was mutually exclusive! If he’s like me, ten he only gets out for small windows of time to fish, but some fishing is better than none.

Taylor is also a pretty decent bass lake. I’ll usually try to get out there around 6 am and fish for bass in my Hobie Cat until it starts getting hot around 9 am. I’ll park the kick boat and then start wading for carp the rest of the day. Hopefully you be able to find some time to give it a try someday.
