thread - UTC 70 grey brown
tail - golden pheasant tippet
rib - x-small wire copper
abdomen - golden pheasant tail
shellback - large tinsel opal
thorax - Ice Dub Hare’s Ear tan
bead - gold 3.2mm

I noticed that the original you referenced used Golden Pheasant tail fibers for the tail. You used golden pheasant tippet for the tail. Is there a reason for this change in your pattern?

My attempts with golden Pheasant tail some some turkey body feather fibers for a darker nymph.
