I enjoy trying new ideas when making my Balsa Bugs. I ended up designing a gurgle popper that also dives a couple of inches with each rapid strip. The elongated lower lip really digs in, moving a lot of water and getting the attention from a good distance away. Fun to make and fun to catch fish with.
