Gloria’s Green Skirt

Hook - Single salmon
Thread - Orange
Butt - Fluorescent green chenille wound to form egg shape
Hackle - Fluorescent yellow tied ahead of the green butt
Shoulder - Fluorescent hot orange chenille wound to form egg shape

This pattern was developed by James Garrett of Washington for the Dungeness River. It works especially well for Chum Salmon.

Interesting fly - thanks for posting. I tried the link but it wasn’t working for me. I’m interested in salmon fly sites so I was wondering if you had any idea if they’re still around or where they might have moved to?
