Do you mean globug? If so here is a pattern. Also a picture of it.
Heres the material list
Hook: Mustad Signature C49S, CO68 or Partridge CZF (shown)
Thread: GSP (UNI Cord 8/0 shown)
Body: Egg yarn (2 full strands for egg, 1/4 strand for yolk)
daiichi 1120 hook
gudebrod gx2 thread (extraordinarily strong)
mcfly foam
If the egg patern is what you’re looking for there is now better site than the Anchorage FFF site. Go to “Fly of the Month” then “Egg & Flesh” McFly and Glo Bug

hmmm…I was thinking Girdle Bug. :?
Thought we had the wrong fly------the Girdle Bug is in the “Fly Ardhives” 3rd Qrt 2000
G bug = mini wooly buggers

here they are in different colors
These are the ones! This is the only reference to the G-Bug I can find as well. I’ve heard good things about them on another board. They are offered in sizes fom 12 to 22. Any ideas on how to tie one? Hook and materials?

why not post the recipe if you have it for everybody to tie. or is it a super secret???
Noremand— guess its a Lake Taneycomo fly and no pattern is available other than pictures. From the pictures on the site you have shown it is just a small Wollybuger with a red head tied in many colors. Very easy to copy. It is also shown on sites if you ask on Google BILL
thanks bill.
i did an extensive GOOGLE search and all i could find was the site i provided a link for. if you can tell by the minuscule provided on the site so be it, but a recipe is always better than going by a photo. can you provide additional sites that you found them on???
