FS: (Reduced Prices) Orvis Battenkill (Made in England), Teton Tioga, St Croix Avid

Please find below some items that I am looking to find homes for. Prices include shipping (lower 48) and paypal.

Sage Rod and Reel Carrier
I have a lightly used Sage Rod and Reel case. The tube length is 33 inches long. How about $30 out the door.

St Croix Avid Rod (6 ft 6 in 4 wt 3 pc)
I have a very nice small stream trout bushwhacker rod. Fished maybe 2 times by the wife but she likes her Scott better so this one has just been sitting around way too long. I would like to $85 (out the door). BTW, this rod matches up beautifully with the Battenkill Reel. I would be willing to combo it up if necessary.

Hi, is your st croix 6’6 a graphite or glass rod?

It is a graphite rod…nice medium action…Adam

Reduced some prices…Enjoy…Adam

Hi Adam,
With the reel and spools , reversible to left hand retrieve? These work well with a 3 or 4 wt line?
Thanks,
Mike

Mike…which reels are you interested in?..Both the Tetons and the Orvis reels can easily be converted to a left hand retrieve…they are currently right hand retrieve…the Orvis Battenkill reel and spool are perfectly sized for a 3/4 weight line setup…but the Tetons would work as well…you may just need to add a bit more backing…but not that much more since they are a Large Arbor version…Teton reels have a fully sealed drag while the Orvis reel has a click/pawl design…there is a big difference between the weight of the reels…my personal opinion the Orvis reel balances very nicely with a 3 or 4 wt rod…nice and light…any other ques please let me know…thanks for looking…

Thanks Adam, I am interested in the Orvis reels. Thanks for the reply.
Mike

updated the post…the teton tioga has a pending sale…as for the Orvis Reel…it is a great fit on a trout rod…easily can hold a 3 wt or 4 wt line with enough backing to keep things safe…I used this same reel to catch some +20 inch trout on a local lake…

Thanks
