Yes just Brown trout…
MSD53X - I caught a bunch of trout in the 12-14+ range today they all seemed to have a good bit of fight… that rod is a Orvis “Spring Creek” 5wt… that I use primarily for dry flys.
I fish a St. Croix Avid 5wt. for nymphing & the Orvis 5wt. in the winter/spring, then go down in size as the bugs get smaller… to a Scott’s A2 4wt. in summer/fall and also a H&H IM6 3wt. for the trico’s…
all 9 footers.
