What is your favorite fiberglass blank color and configuration? I find myself leaning toward an 8 foot, 3 piece, 5 weight, in either a butterscotch or dark brown color. If I had my druthers, (whatever druthers are) I’d build one in the butterscotch color with an orange agate stripper and chestnut wraps with black tipping. It would have a down locking cap and ring reel seat with a mortised burled amboyna insert. The guides would be double foot, and the hardware would be nickel silver.
Life would be empty without it’s dreams huh?
