shuck/abdomen - yarn rusty orange
wing - deer hair
thorax - Peacock Herl
mash barb, start thread at 2/3 mark, tie in yarn, wrap to bend
make a loop in the yarn (gap width); tie down
wrap abdomen; tie off/trim
measure (tips to shuck) a clump of deer hair; tie in/trim
tie in peacock
wrap peacock, tie off/trim, whip finish, SHHAN
