I’ve always gotten email notification of a PM in the past. Now since the upgrade I didn’t get notified via email of a Private Message and I have a sale pending. I’m just wondering, is there something I need to reset on my end to get email notifications?
When you’re in your inbox, look to the lower left of the page for My Settings. Click the General Settings link, it should be a few sections down: “Email Notification of New Private Messages:”

Thank you Joe for this thread. I have same set up and same thing happened to me. My settings are set to receive notification of a new pm. But…got no notice or pop up at all. I would have missed the msg in my pm box because I got no notification or pop up. So I went to my inbox just to check…because of your topic. Sure enough I had a message. I would have missed this without your info. tks
I checked my settings and they’re set correctly. But, I’m still not getting emails telling me that I have a PM.
Missed that one.
You should have gotten all the old ones now too…
