Very well done. I like the Bergman flies.

Oops, sorry these are Henshall flies from the Book of the Black Bass. Similar in style to Bergman’s winged wet flies. Norm, you are the best tyer of the Bergman flies I have seen. Keep up the good work. I really like to see your flies.

Since I inadvertently added these to the thread, I thought I would provide the dressing.

The Book of the Black Bass – Dr. James A Henshall – 1881
I tied these flies based on an interpretation of Henshall’s dressing before I found them in the book. I need to try them again with the deer hair and other items.
