You guys need a life. Go fishing or for a walk to burn up this excess energy you have. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this IS a fly fishing site BB, and NOT a chat room. First time visitors could easily get the wrong impression of what we’re all about.
I went fishing today and caught 2 LMB, 4 yellow perch and 10-12 B I G crappies all from my canoe. Flies were not cutting it, but a nice F5 & F7 flatfish did the trick on my newly built spinning rod.

What did I do Today?!
Up at 7 and make coffee. Retired ya know!
Did my daily crossword, word search and jigsaw to keep the old mind in shape.
Fixed sausage, eggs and hash browns for breakfast.
Confessed to taking Doug’s thread South to cleanse my soul.
Posted my very first photo’s in the Paddeling Fourm. The brain exercise, a good breakfast and a soul cleansing must have helped in this endevor!
Retrieved my mail and found my approved boat registration from the State of TN.
(Also some beautiful Clouser’s from Anglerdave)
Had lunch, nothing fancy just a tuna sandwich with garden tomatos.
Paid some month end bills.
Refilled the humming bird feeders.
Went to Lowe’s and picked up a sheet of Lexan and the numbers/letters for the registration.
Cut the Lexan to size, applied the proper numbers/ letters & stickers and hung them on the 'toon.
I then went to the Duck River to chase and catch a few Bass & Blue Gills. Not with the 'toon.
On the way home I picked up the fixin’s for dinner and it is now in the oven.
Fixed my favorite drink. In fact I think I’ll have another!!
In my spare time I made a furled leader out of “Glow in the Dark” thread!
Dinner is all most ready, and after that I’ll tie a few fly’s then visit the chat room!
That’s what I did today!!
