wing case/legs - pheasant tail
thorax/head - peacock herl
throat - Angel Hair peacock
Part 1
mash barb, start thread, tie in rib, wrap to point above barb
dub thread, dub abdomen to 2/3 mark
conterwrap rib; tie off/trim
measure (hook point to eye) a clump of pheasant tail fibers; tie in at front of abdomen (leave some room in front for the head), along with some Angel Hair fibers
tie in peacock herl; twist around thread and wrap thorax, tie off but don’t trim
