rib - x-fine wire gold
tail - moose body hair
body - peacock herl
hackle - Indian Hen
wing - moose body hair
indicator - 2mm foam orange

Part 1

mash barb, start thread, tie in rib, wrap to bend

clean, stack, measure (gap width past bend) a clump of moose; tie in, wrap butts along shank

tie in peacock; wrap to double wire, tie off/trim

counterwrap wire, helicopter end, cover with thread

tie in (folded) hackle by tip (fibers should extend to hook point), wrap, tie off/trim

Part 2

clean, stack, measure (length of body) another clump of moose body; tie in with tips forward

tie in foam

pull wing up/back, set angle with thread wraps

whip, SHHAN, trim foam, trim wing butts
