The fish-in event will be held at the Branson KOA [url=http://www.bransonkoa.com:88a1c]www.bransonkoa.com[/url:88a1c] . (will add phone number for reservations later)
The campground has cabins, RV hookups, and tent sites, with access to shower and restrooms, in addition to a game room and swimming pool… and many more.
Just feet off Lake Taneycomo is the KOA clubhouse (this will be the meeting place, and possibly nightly fly tying).
Timeline…
Wed. 31st… we will start the event, as people starts to show up, we will gather at the clubhouse, and start meeting each other though out the day (maybe some fishing).
Thusday June 1st… will start off fishing bright and early… as more people show up
Friday evening… The BIG cookout… (me as the chef!!)
Saturday… some fishing and some events (havent thought of any thing yet)
Sunday… More fishing, goodbyes and departures
So if this sounds like fun… lets start up an Im going list…

Depending on my schedule with the VA and projects with the Friends of the Little Red, I’m going to try to make it. I’ll give you a hand in the planning if I can think of anything Leonard.

There is no greater fan of flyfishing than the worm.
MOturkE Local 27 I worked at plesant hill on the new power plant a few years ago as a helper out of your local Doug Aldridge got me on. Do you see Doug or talk to him much.
Thanks Leonard, I was trying to pull one of these off this year, but it fell through. I will be there if I can, most likely yes. It will be good to meet some of the Missouri fisherman, and hopefully some of the out of staters will come, would be nice to see some of them come to Missouri! I will keep in touch and help out with anything I can.

A bum-legged old man and a drunk. That’s all you got?
That’s WHAT I got.
Leonard if you need any help let me know I have been staying with my brother in Republic. Been fishing taneycomo alot this last year look forward to do alot more this next year. Carolyn and I had a nice talk about the power point she will be doing for everyone at KOA this summer is a real neat deal for someone who hasn’t fished there before. Will be talking to a few other people about going down. Mabey you should think about having a few people to come tie some fly patterns used at taney also. Just a thought.
