What is the best way to get wax out of bobbin thread tube?
You might try boiling it in water.

blunt scrap of wire sized to just fit through the tube…aka a bobbin cleaner…I find a blow gun dart works very well!
I submitted this reply earlier but don’t know where it went. I’ve removed wax build up by drawing a larger size piece of thread wet with naptha through the tube. you should be able to disolve, wipe clean and dry in just one swipe.
Run a feather not good enough for tying through it is what I was taught to do.
Great response Ray. Naptha will cut thru just about anything. I’m going to try it on one persnickity bobbin.

I did’nt have naptha so I boiled it and pushed the residue out with a small straightened paper clip
